Our family always rental from 1hi company. We are highly recommended this company. We live in Tianjin of china. The local南楼 1hi company staff very friendly and give us good service every-time.

The worst rental company all over the world. Reservation made, payment made, arrived at the site to pick up the car. The staffs and back office could not verify the information and failed to proceed the rental. No apologies, no explanation, only implying customer’s fault. All the plan had to be cancelled. Be careful if you don’t have a Chinese ID card.
