great service, but the value isn’t there. almost every other cloud service offers more storage for the money. I expect 1Tb for 120 USD a year.

Neither the app nor the website will allow me to login and access my files anymore. I've already reset my password twice. I still keep getting the same error message about an "unknown dataset" whenever I try to login. I don't know what's going on but all I can assume at this point since I also cannot create a new account is that HiDrive is no longer operational as a service and has either shut down my account or shut down altogether. Would've been nice to have a little warning beforehand so I could've moved my files. Thanks for nothing HiDrive.

Cloud storage, with a standard 5GB free and--for whatever reason--the only such service I've found that works through my agency's web filters.
