Baby TV Legacy app

I was paying for months for a service that I never had, every single time I paid to subscribe it gave me a payment error and no access to paid content (fair enough, if you don’t pay you don’t get) but silly me to believe that - all the payments went through for my nasty surprise, I had to have a fight with Apple store to try to retrieve some of the money back and guess what, I didn’t get not even half back and no access to the paid content still. I loved baby TV, but this app for me ruined my appreciation for it. Very upsetting.

Just cancelled my subscription because again the download part of the app doesn’t work when out and about which is the only reason I subscribed to it. Complete waste of money. Was very helpful when it did work though. Such a shame!

My son loves the tv channel so having this for car journeys and bed time would be great...if it worked consistently, more often than not the videos won’t play or they crash when watching, that’s when the app doesn’t crash all together, it’s very disappointing when your child is expecting to watch it. I really want to pay for the full version to have more choice but won’t be doing that until the app runs smoothly because I’d be wasting my money.
