211 JCS Helpline - Get connected to 4,000+ resources within the Miami-Dade & Monroe community that offer: healthcare, housing, transportation, food, employment, mental health and/or human services.

Our helpline offers counseling, crisis intervention, suicide prevention as well as information and referral to services such as, child programs, food pantries, homeless assistance, community health clinics, legal services and much more.

Services are available in English, Spanish, Creole, and translation services are available for any other language.
