The Quick Add Food option has been removed. Now there is no way to add a food that doesn’t scan or show up in the online search without inputting the entire nutritional label’s information. This is inconvenient and time consuming. Also, with the new online food search database, the result listings don’t show the point value on the list like before. You have to tap the food item to view the details in order to see the points, which may have to be done multiple times before you’re ready to track something in your diary. This is also inconvenient and time consuming. Tracking food is tome consuming in itself, and having an efficient app really saves time and helps users meet their goals more easily. I love this app, and would like to continue using it if these changes are made. I would like to thank the developers for responding to my concerns. They assured me that the new update is a work in progress and that they do appreciate constructive user feedback.
Counting points is the best way to stay on a diet. Your actually cautious about what you eat to not go over the allowed daily points. You can gain more points by working out, that gives me the motivation to work out cause I love to eat! You can eat whatever you want, just count the points! I dropped 10lbs in 2.5 weeks with this app!!
Update: Sorry, devs! They updated and fixed the issue very quickly. I appreciate that they're so responsive, in addition to developing a solid app. Original review: I actually really do like this app but I do not enjoy being essentially required to review it, especially having already paid for a 1 year subscription. Literally every single time now that I log a food item, it prompts me to rate it.
