Scan & Pay has been working really well lately. However, three improvements would eliminate my remaining annoyances: 1. When opening Scan & Pay, you are asked to “Välj butik,” but there are no other options to choose from. This step feels unnecessary and could be skipped entirely during start-up. 2. In the next step of the start-up process, if the user has shared their location and is currently at a Coop store, that store is automatically selected, which is great. However, the user is still prompted to choose between “Börja handla” or “Hitta hit.” This doesn’t make sense if the user is already at the store. If the user is close enough to a Coop store, simply skip the “Börja handla” step. Combining points 1 and 2 would create a much smoother start-up experience. 3. (The most important) If a user buys several items of the same type, they currently need to scan each item individually or open the complete list to adjust quantities using the “-” or “+” buttons. Please add “-” and “+” buttons directly to the popup that appears when scanning an item. This would feel much more natural and convenient! Thx!

Really good that the App-team and developers are actually reading these reviews and improve the app. 👍 Being able to switch the App to English would be an excellent feature for the future 🇬🇧

I grunden bra men alldeles för buggig. Har nu crashat och tappat alla valda varor i varukorgen vid minst två tillfällen. En gång när jag loggade in efter att ha valt varor och en gång när den fick för sig att det inte gick att betala med mitt kort. Tråkigt för Coop, 2000 spänn per gång jag inte orkar plocka ihop igen. Dessutom allmänt svårt med kortbetalningen så man tvingas in till störiga klarna.
