Trying to loose weight that I gained bc of Long Covid. The 5 min option is best for me bc of my extreme fatigue. Just started, but so far so good. I do an exercise as long as I can during the countdown, and each time I’m able to go a little longer.

No frills and easy to follow! Gave me more of a workout than I’d expect. Mind you I haven’t worked out in a while but I was huffing and puffing even with the lowest level and time. Keeps me motivated to keep going!

The work outs are good and I like that you can customize them a bit but my beef is that if I have to pause the work out, when I start it again the time doesn’t resume counting down. It stays paused. That’s the only reason I haven’t committed to paying for the full version.
