This app has been helpful to me & I think it is very easy to use! I love the ability to use the bill pay feature anywhere, anytime! Of course it is not perfect yet, but maybe after an upgrade or two, I will rate it with 5 stars. I recommend this app to all Heartland customers/ iPhone users.

Many negative reviews are from several years ago, but as of 2020, the app is greatly improved! The interface is clean and easy to use. I can easily access my accounts and get the information I need without much effort. I don’t have any issue signing in, either.
