I feel like its a shame that there are options that say are available only not on the app. So why put it in the app designated store as an item. Or even if sometimes you run out of stock, ok put that, don’t make it the headline of every ad. And then the programming team not having consumers wait for 30 acres & a mule for a page to load only to be told that the item is out of stock. Womp. Overall useful. But Also would like to know that im unsubscribed to a service after hitting unsubscribe. I don’t want to hear that it’ll be looked into or whatever. And then it just hsngs there still in your subscriptions pile like “you don’t belong here”. Thats really all. Mostly things that can be fixed with some app dev work .

UI/UX designers deserve a promotion. Huge upgrade from the old clunky webpages app. Bought a PSN card and the experience was a huge upgrade from the old purchase experience. Some bugs here and there that can be fixed in future updates but overall it’s heading in the right direction. 👍🏻

Hello Dear, Every month I always avail the offer for 5KD package deal for 500GB and 1000 Free calls but how sad badly it is. Every time i top up the amount of 5KD to recharge and avail the offers it’s not working and all of the sadden the amount it become less and lesser. Hopefully this feedback will have solution. It’s really disappointed for all Zain Users if always have this service to be this way taking the amount of money for nothing and can’t give us the benefits for using the poor connection internet.
