This Podcast is my go to source of energy, inspiration, and positivity. If I am feeling down, or it seems like I am moving in slow motion, I find an appropriate episode to help me manifest healthier attitude. If I am feeling good already, listening to Summer is like soaking up a ray of golden sunshine, by the time the episode is over I am ready to break down walls and co-create a better reality with all of my newfound motivation. The flow-dreaming podcast has become of my self-care staples, and I strongly recommend giving it a listen!

This new app is awesome it makes it so easy to see all of the shows in clear defined lines so that you can see the names of each show while I’m driving. I have learned a valuable tool from each show . The show empowers me to stay in flow every day. Another feature I love is the people that call you and ask a question, and you invite the to Flowdream with you. I also really enjoy the Flowdream at the end of every snow if there’s time it is like a mini vacation. I can’t wait for the new station! When I first saw and read all the reviews ... Every single one positive with a 5 Stars ✨... I said to myself, 💫Whatever💫 😃 So l stated listening with l skepticism, looking for inauthenticity of some kind but l couldn't find any! And actually I was taken by how real and authentic Summer McStavick is. She is truly a Gem and she truly speaks from her heart and soul! Her voice voice and words are Heavenly Divine from the core of Her Being! And l know that myself not just being a therapist but on a spiritual path for all my life and l have attended many famous healers trainings and workshops such as: Wayne Dyer (may God He Rest In Peace), Ester Hickes, Marianne Williamson, Michael Beckwith, Louise Hay and many many more ... And she is up there and more! She truly speaks from her heart and soul giving all she got and her main goal is to make a different in every lister for their at most happiness and potential!
