Purchased 1300 yen worth of internet on a train in Tokyo for wi2premium. The service never worked. Makes you install several profiles and never works. Says you are connected but you never are. Customer service is clueless. They keep saying my password is wrong. It logs me in fine and accepts my password, even gives me a wifi signal, but does not connect to the internet. Ever. Company refuses to give me my money back even though I never managed to even use the service. I registered a complaint with the ministry of tourism and the Tokyo airport. Don't fall for this scam.

(To get your login ID and password, please tap Wi2 300 Service Page (top left).
2. Tap Wi2 300 Wi-Fi profile (top right) to install Wi2 300 profile.
[How to use]
Open this tool at one of our Wi-Fi service areas to log in automatically. Once successfully logged in, it will close by itself. Tap the Logout button to logout from a logged-in spot.
