Notification of upcoming subscription requirement turned the app into a brick. Can’t even get past it ti pay for a subscription. Tried app support, but it isn’t set up. Used to like it, but now unusable.

Getting from one old term to another requires a large vocabulary of old terms and a lot of time jumping from one new dx to another to see if that us the "right one." More a problem of ICD-10 than the program but I started coding as an intern 48 years ago and have spent years on medical records committees in various places. I had high hopes that a new app would ease my transition--this really doesn't quite do it.

About ICD 10 On the Go 2026
Automatize the process of printing your favorites ICD-10-CM 2026 codes to your pre-printed ICD-10 routing form!

- Includes, Type 1 & 2 Excludes, Applicable to descriptions where applicable.

- Search as you type feature, search results are highlighted for better finding.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:
ICD-10-CM On the Go database codes include three subscription options.
1) Monthly - $2.99 monthly.
2) Six Months - $5.99 every six months.
2) Annually - $8.99 annually.
If you initiated your ICD-10-CM Codes subscription through Apple, Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. You can visit Apple's support pages online for information about managing your auto-renewing subscription.
