This app is one of the worst iPhone apps I’ve encountered in a very long time. Half of the functionality doesn’t seem to work, and if by some odd luck it does once, it won’t work the next time you try it. Creating an account and storing it seems virtually impossible and all your data resets after a few months of not using the app….. better off just buying tickets directly at the theater

After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as the app is confusing to navigate on an iPhone, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.

At first glance the app seems clear and simple, but unfortunately it ends there.. Just like the website, most features don’t really work, simple features such as adding a film to your favorites, rating etc. Nothing works or worse it crashes the app. Lots of money down the drain here. Maybe contact Arts Square, they made a great app for my business that actually works
