Essential but so annoying
The ads that take over the entire app (especially Google Chrome at the moment) and make it virtually impossible to get back to the dictionary make it more trouble than it’s worth some days.

Buggy, still a lot of glitch
I have been a paid subscriber for long time. During the course of the time, glitches are left unfixed, improvement is very slow. Even simple issue such as login has some issues. I don’t know how they manage software development.
