Absolute peak. I love the navy, I love games about them, and this game is one of the few historical navy games that were originally amazing and not the same repetitive thing. Each time the choices can wind up differently, which adds an awesome detail to the game. Would be cool for a longer version of the game, but I understand games are hard to make. I love the fact that your gender makes it impact the others itโs kinda cool! Overall I would rate it 100/5 if I could !โ๏ธ
This game is very enjoyable! I love the storyline, how many choices there are to pick from, the fact that, even when it seems to be an obvious answer, any decision can change the entire story for the worst, it gives an edge to playing and makes it more exciting. The betrayals, quarrels, being in power as a captain, I find really neat. Unlike most of the other games like this you donโt have to pay to keep playing. Overall, I suggest this game to anyone who likes chose your own adventure stories and exciting storylines
Being a Naval Captain in real life (Venezuelan Navy) retired from active duty in 2000, I enjoyed the game very much. I commanded a 37 meter gun patrol boat, a 113 meter frigate and the frigate squadron. As the Combat Fleet Chief Of Staff I commanded several operational task groups at sea. Although my sailingship experience is limited to a three month summer cruise a head of midshipmen (1986) I could easily relate to all maneuvers and situations in the game. The most interesting aspect is human relations. Aside from the brutal disciplinary methods of the 1600โs, 1700โs an even up to the 1800โs, the rest of the leadership and social aspects are very much alike as my own experiences. Congratulations on a job well done. Bravo Zulu

A swashbuckling naval adventure, in the spirit of C. S. Forester's Hornblower or Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin books, with a dash of Jane Austen....
