VIRUS IN APP
Come ON APPLE! I thought you guys screened all apps before submitting to the public! And no Virus' for MAC?? Is that a thing of the past? Worst app I've used. There are many reasons ratings are so low for this app as well as the free test app. Beware! The test app seemed to work but after paying $9.00 for the Pro version... 1) It would no longer print in color, 2) All jobs sent from my iPhone 5 were in A4 format causing toner to smear off the end of my standard letter paper making a mess of my expensive color laser printer. 3) Print resolution was horrible for items printed in the pro app, 4) Worst of all, it caused my (networked) printer to no longer recognize any of my three computers that were previously printing perfectly. 5) I give one gold star only because customer support replied (although unsympathetic and completely unhelpful). 6) I deleted the app after it crashed my network and printer.
