It’s very frustrating that there is no clear way to open a bank account from the website on a computer, just instructions for downloading the app. Once inside the app the frustration continues - when you click on English for the language, the welcome page switches to English as it should but as soon as you click next it reverts back to Dutch, no matter how many times you refresh, close and start again, or turn your phone off and on again.

I struggled for a long time to download the correct Rabo app and register my account. Finally I had to call for assistance this morning and a very kind and patient bank co-worker assisted me to accomplish the job. My thanks to her for an excellent job. Hendrik van Nood
