I been on SoundCloud for at least 5 and a half years and it’s awesome. There was at times bugs where I request songs to be in a playlist but rarely it crashes while doing so. Another thing is that there is a gimmick where there is songs that have like a “star” symbol or a premium song where you have to pay to listen for monthly cost. But not only you can listen to these premium songs, you can put download playlist for out of service ordeals. I would say the major downfall for this streaming service app is that I have to type the right perfect word for a song title, artist, or even a album in the search bar. If I misspelled a word, it would give me a totally different result of music or even no result at all. Therefore, I have to make sure to make more of a tension to spell the word of the song and such throughly. But other than that, I’ve been using the app at first free but I decided to pay monthly because I’ve been traveling more often now so it makes since of downloading songs. I recommend using this app. I’ve been previously using grooveshark until they shut down in 2015 then I switched over to SoundCloud.

lame Homepage: you took away one of the most satisfying, easy to navigate, easy to use and best feature of the app!! The section that stores all unplayed tracks. Now you want all of us to go to feed where we can listen to latest tracks? The most important aspect of ‘that’ was the red icon indicating that track was patiently waiting for me to wrap it up in my very comfortable ear blankets. I’ve tried “classic view” and vice versa so you can save that suggestion for when it actually works. PATHETIC non existent customer service: SoundCloud charges their artists, yes their artists to upload im addition to some membership from listeners? I can assure you they have no customer service area. I’ve sent 3 different tickets and have been wasting away at my desk in anticipation to interact with a nice gal or fella who most likely don’t know a lick of English. Oh, sorry I almost forgot, their ai sent me some garbage auto email indicating that I needed to “reply to this message, otherwise we will close your help ticket” if I ever want to know if their customer services hero is a real human or an abandoned 1992 PC that does or doesn’t include the original monitor AND tower. All I want, and I’m certain I’m not the only one on Earth who wants to revert their Home Screen to reflect the old Home Screen layout. In particular; the top section that housed all new, unplayed media that stayed there until I had a chance to listen to it.

This has been an issue for the past month and a half now I’ve got ScGO, so my likes and any playlists I download will show up, but just at random any UI that refreshes with internet will just be stuck in a buffering animation and I can’t search up any music, nor will my likes save or any songs to any playlists I have; this bug occurs essentially everytime I open the app, but maybe 3/10 of the time it will open the app and all the features will work temporarily and then almost immediately cut out again unless I test my luck at restarting the app. I’ve already made like 2 different complaints about this in the feedback section on the Sc website I was routed to, but after like 2 different updates the bug is still persisting, I’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but the bug is still here and it’s really annoying when I can’t open up any other playlists aside from my likes and the ones I try to download, and I won’t receive any emails back aside from the ones telling me I won’t receive any emails back, so I’m not sure if any feedback I write about is even being viewed, nor can I even mark the feedback as a bug on the site (because I’m not given the option to do so) so I have less of a reason to be confident that anyone seen the complaints to begin with🤷🏽‍♂️
