I'm using ebwin on pc and now I can also use it on my touch. The only problem now is when I install about 30 dictionaries and use all dictionaries to search for the word, my touch restart. I hope the next version could solve this problem. The ebwin on pc doesn't have this problem. Very easy to use. Just like the ebwin on pc.

good enough app for dictionary. all you need to do is to import as many dict as you may have, and let this app to arrange the left.
