Things like ‘report your card lost or stolen’ and ‘replace your card’ after nothing your app can actually do. They will give you an 800 number to call, where they then try to force you into using the sentence “my voice is my password please verify me”. Big mistake! Don’t do that I have in the past and it locks you out of your account plus anyone with a voice cab impersonate you easy enough to trick their kindergarten-level-security-system. Next, Good help you if it’s the weekend because they will make you talk to people for hope until they tell you claims department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so ordering a new card, disputing a charge or unlocking you’re card won’t happen until Monday-Friday (regular business hours; probably closes at va 5pm, can’t recall). So don’t este your time, they are all good at pretending to help then after half an hour or more, tell. You thru can’t help. And they get all confused and offended if you breathe. I’m thinking about changing my bank but I’ve only had this account open for a week and I’m already having so many debit card issues. Last Thursday or Friday I disputed two .97 cent charges from Facebook and they said they’d have to shoot my entire card down which I had for several days, I see today a new charge went thru and I’m wondering why why the card supposedly was cancelled indefinitely last week! So these liars wasted my time in the phone and during this review!
Sometimes the things that we don’t put much effort or thought into it. Could be the one thing that always gets us out of problems or saves us time or money and many other things. I’ve grown to learn to know how Wells Fargo is Nora care how it was as it in the way he treats me all the time and that’s with the other most respect. And every person that ever been in customer service has all had the same attitude as if they were all trained by the safe person if not just have moral standards personally. And things like that are very highly taken advantage of or you have to pay somebody to do something what is right or just treat people as as if you want to be treated. I can’t say nothing more about Wells Fargo of negativity other than the long wait times when reaching good customer service. I put that evaluation of time and not work I’m hoping to get out of that phone call. More like it’s not how long you wait it’s upon what you’re waiting for and who is the one getting the better service on whichever line. Thank you so much and warm wishes and why Wells Fargo is one of the oldest banks in America if not the Midwest and why you have a show called Wells Fargo for many obvious reasons.
Suddenly, after being a customer for about 4 years, my checking account has been charged overdraft fees for payments coming through my account at all hours of the day; including after 9pm, when I was just at the bank withdrawing funds to cover another bank account. This has never happened with my account. Further, one recent morning, I went online to check my balance. Everything was fine but I knew that a payment needed to be covered, so I transferred from my savings to checking and the balance showed as such. Within that hour, I was charged again a $35 overdraft fee because of an incoming payment. I had literally covered the balance before this payment showed on my account. Just the strangest thing. I called Wells and after a long while I got them to refund the second fee to me but it sure took some work. Interesting because my account was never negative. After I set up overdraft from my savings, I was told Wells would draw from it at midnight, but they immediately pulled money from my savings when there wasn’t even a payment coming in. Crazy. Needless to say, I just switched ALL of my payments back to my other bank (PNC) since this newer mode of Wells taking advantage of my funds. Oddly enough too, I was receiving a rent payment which was coming into the account but they made sure that wasn’t counted either. The Transfer showed Pending as they grabbed the $35 fee and that showed processed. No thanks, Wells! Now you’re just my paycheck deposit account with savings.
