Was the best bank so far but nowadays transfer fees, credit card membership payments are very expensive for example for to make a money transfer through EFT it costs around 6.5 TL which makes around 10 USD even it doesn't matter if you transfer 1 USD or 1 Turkish lira .maybe it is because of the Turkish economy started to collapse and probably is going to face a total economic crash. Unfortunately, even streets are not safe anymore.

is Bank Mobile App is incredible user friendly, very easy understandable and to the point right selected features and information. I enjoy every time I have to do online banking when doing it with Is Bank.

It is impossible to reactivate this app when you change your phone. They never thought that someone might’ve been outside Turkey and change the phone while this app is installed? I changed my phone in September 2021 and many emails with no results except asking me to go to Turkey in a branch. CREATED MANY TROUBLE TICKETS WITH NO ANSWER. Very frustrating and damaging as I cannot make any transaction on app or online. I will most definitely change bank when I travel to Turkey.
