I had just done the 1 star review below, and then they got my issues fixed! I must have just got a new/inexperienced person when I contacted support a few months ago….because today’s support person, Cynthia, hooked me up and got everything up and running!! Earlier Review: I had all access subscription for a couple years and loved it! Cancelled it for a while because I needed to trim expenses. Reactivated my subscription a couple months ago and it wouldn’t let me add new custom playlists. I realized that I did the cheaper subscription by mistake, so I upgraded to all access. I still couldn’t add playlists. It says I created it, but it’s nowhere to be found. I signed out if app and signed back in, I deleted app and reinstalled…still no luck. I messaged the developers and they gave me some lame response that didn’t help at all. So I cancelled my subscription. I started to think that maybe it was a because I chose the wrong subscription at first and when I upgraded to all access…maybe it just glitched. So I waited for the time to run out on my subscription (the one that had already been paid for before I cancelled). Today I resubscribe to all access and still the same problem…..says I created a playlist but it’s nowhere to be found😢🙄! I am so irritated! My favorite thing about this app is being able to create my own playlists based on moods (ie depressed, sad love, get me in the mood😘🍆, etc). I even used to make a list per month of the songs that just made me happy or excited to hear. Now I can’t do that….so what is the point!
I need Teddi to know that she is a GREAT Podcaster, Interviewer, Mom, Wife, Friend, Daughter and so much more❣️ I am so sorry people feel okay to hate on you behind a screen and you never deserved any of the vicious vitriol that has been said. I listen to Daily dose of Dana and watched your interview with her 3 times. I think you got a bad rap from housewives and you have such a open heart and mind and you are extremely intelligent and I am proud of you for using the talents god created in you and you kindly share them with us. I’m impressed with the way you restrain from what I probably would either run out crying or be so angry/hurt and hit or clap back. You answer back intelligently and with a purpose to move past the incident ( whatever incident it is-and in celebrity verse, a lot of celebs just are surface fake for the likes or cause turmoil as if there was nothing else to do). You are authentic and real and I LOVE you and what you say. We don’t always have to agree, tho you don’t hold onto petty crap. All my prayers for your journey as a cancer survivor of 8 years, there is always Hope and Faith that things will get better- BELIEVE and I think you are a believer and will have a great survivor story to tell when this is over. Much love to you, hubby and your precious children ❣️ You keep doing the amazing things you are and I’ll always listen. You have so many more people who really care about you then the handful of trash and hate talkers. You keep your head held high, for you are the better woman for all you say and do ❣️🥰❤️🙏❤️🙏🥰
Almost but not quite 5🌟, would have kept my monthly subscription but it’s way too costly. For just radio I thought, but considering it’s only $15 or so it’s not that bad. It would be great for a disc jockey (DJ) or a wedding event you can actually set up your own play lists so it can just continue playing continuously. Unless you feel the need to have the DJ interact with you like your in a pub or event to interact with the crowd. I’m sure that if you had issues to where you didn’t have a DJ show up for work then this would work for most small town or small scale clubs that’s holding only 50/75 people or so. I will say that most of the time I am able to find just about anything I want to listen when I had the subscription. And I didn’t have to listen to commercials. It’s really nice cause if you are a big music fan who buys a lot of tracks per month then I would just personally purchase a subscription to the iHeartRadio app. It’s just that cool. But being that I don’t buy that much music and I just couldn’t see spending that kind of money per month.
