Inaccurate readings with no guidance on how to get the best readings. I’ve been seeing doctor weekly for anemia and am able to compare side by side with this app. Hemoglobin counts are way off! Customer service does not respond to emails and app is a joke trying to reach customer service through messaging system and chat bot. AI has a long way to go still, I had high hopes for this but am sadly disappointed. Trying to get a refund as there’s only a three day free trial.
