Some videos sound vol drops once downloaded compare to actual played on fb. (Please fix if possible). Other than that great app!!

This app worked great for 2 days then I kept getting this message ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER. I sent a help email to the help center with no response. Waited until next day and same message. This is a paid app and you’d think it would work. I’m unable to save anything. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still getting same message. After 2 emails sent and no response I deleted it and cancelled my subscription
