Focus & Fish: Study Timer App

I’ve tried so many ways and so many apps to digital detoxing, and this was the only app that actually worked for me. Using this is very fun and able not to use my phone for long time.

As a girl with ADHD who finds it hard to commit to a timer, this app was just what I needed. The best thing about it is that there is no pause button, only quit. And by golly, who wants to quit on their little fish?! This app gives me the motivation to, even when I’d rather not, drop my phone for a few minutes longer. Do it for the fish 🐠
