Remote for Android TV

I have been paying for premium for a long time. Suddenly, the app started showing ads today. When I go through the settings in the app, it has the option to purchase a plan, so clearly your app is bugged and thinks I am not already paying. If I go into my iPhone settings and look at my subscriptions, I can see that the subscription for your app is active, so it’s definitely your app that has the issue. I have now cancelled the subscription, but my subscription doesn’t end until May. If you fix this bug quickly, I will reactivate my subscription. Otherwise I will request a refund since I’m not getting what I paid for.

Thought we had lost our remote and would have to go without background noise in our sleep, after searching for other apps that needed to be paid for or needed a subscription, I almost gave up until I found this app. This app connects wonderfully to a TCL smart tv and works like the original remote. Although I wish there was a tv settings button, that is one small critique on an otherwise perfect app.

This remote app is wonderful, most functions work on my TV running Google/Android OS. There’s one feature I wished the app has, a functional trackpad which controls the TV’s cursor/mouse on the screen. Once the TV’s built in web browser is launched, this app is not usable to navigate the web pages. The curser movement and scroll features of a trackpad would solve the problem; along with the existing keyboard function. This would also enable easy navigation of the TV’s Home screen to go directly to the item the user wish to launch instead of slowly jumping through the menu picks. Please add the true trackpad with scroll function. Thank you for writing the remote app, we enjoy using it.
