Soul offers everyone – whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice – a range of classes from fast-paced, energy-driven flows to a more gentle, restorative practice. All classes will provide a balance and depth to your practice no matter your experience.

We welcome and support all people regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, ability or sexual orientation. We strive to highlight voices that are not usually included in the yoga world so that we can create a space where no one is left out.
