السلام عليكم كيف حالك ان شاء الله انت بخير وانا طالب مشترك عندكم في هذا التطبيق على الدورات التي لديكم ولكن لدي بعض الأمور التي اريد قولها لك هو ان التطبيق يعاني من مشاكل وأخطاء عند استخدامه خصوصاً على نسخة الايباد ولا يكون أفقي عند استخدامه بل عمودي والمقطع الفيديو للدورة يتأخر في التشغيل على عكس النسخة على الحاسوب واتمنى ان يهتموا بهذه النسخة وتطويرها وخصوصاً على الايباد واتمنى ان تحلها بأسرع وقت ولا اريد ان أتعبك ويعطيك العافية

Bad support, I asked to switch to another teacher and they said it’ll be done in 24 hours It’s been a week and when I called support again they replied saying my request cannot be done. Their app can only be put on one device and you get banned if you try and login and watch on another It also closes every time you run a software such as Nvidia, I had to uninstall my GPU drivers to get it to work Keep JO Academy as a last resort and only go for it if you have no where else to study.
