I’ve been with Markettime for several years and ever since the merger with other companies the support and the reliability of the app has cost my company valuable time and money. I’m a rep in the field as well as the support to my team so I see both sides. This new app is not user friendly. It’s like they’re trying to make it look pretty instead of making functional. Will be looking for another app.
This would get zero stars if that were an option. This may be the all time worst application I’ve ever worked with. It is taking double the time to take orders. It is taking 3x as much time to figure out how to run a sales report. I have now reverted back to pen and paper when I meet with my customers. I speak for 100’s of other reps that are living in this same situation.
No way this was developed with advice from the end users, the salespeople. Slow, way too many clicks to do what the old brandwise did in one. It’s similar, but the changes are the worst part of it. I end up handwriting orders so my customers do not have to wait on the slow response from the software, which I then enter at home, meaning more time working when I could actually be relaxing. MT needs to get this up to a decent standard. The cloud version isn’t much better.
