I am rating this 5 so that you people are able to see my review , Testbook for me didn’t work at all , first of all you must read its policy that money is non refundable and non cancellation policy , guyz its a scam and nothing else , i joined Nirnayias subscription they will call you again and again to buy the subscription and apply a mandate on you to pay the money on emi , now if you dont want to continue the batch or subscription and you dont want to continue , there is no one to take accountability not even testbook, if you message on testbook support email, it will only send you ai auto generated email on any query and there is no one who you can contact and even if mailing on that email , you ll receive message or reply after a month which can put you in a huge loss , its a scam guyz and nothing else , dont use it !!

I enrolled in a course through your platform. When I enrolled, I was told that all the videos would be in Hindi. However, your course is in a PPT format, with 60% in English and 40% in Hindi, which I can't understand. You said you would resolve any doubts. Your team studies well initially, but later, they just do as they please, just to get money from the children. Your team's behavior is very poor. I hope you will take strict action on this matter. I am having a problem, will you solve it and I want to return my money because I fed up with your team whenever I ask anything to your team they talk to us in very aggressive way like you are teaching the students but your team behavior is very poor so I can't trust on your team like they can teach the students in better way they are totally focus on money after getting money ho in hell They are teaching us in ppt form meanwhile they said to us we will teach you by the videos they totally decieve with the students and I want to say everyone don't enroll course from here because team and management is so worst. I want refund my money but but this platform clearly refusing to refund me

I have placed the order almost a 20 days before, and I have yet to receive it. While placing the order it shows 3-4 days in your app but in reality it is not… If you are unable to place the order then Atleast you can provide PDF. There are very few days are remaining for the exam. The order was suppose to deliver. No response from support team.. even my receipt is also not showing there..also while dropping the mail they are sending me the same reply that is 15-20 days more .. I mean already 20 days are over then how much time you want. Service system people are so bad … they are not communicating over the call . Kindly let me know what should I do????
