I know for some artists the phone number and email can be weird but if you look at a consent form, you have to put a whole lot more than just that. Also you can just put a phone number and it works just as well. It makes it easy to reach out to clients and reach out to make sure they have all the details without having to go through individually and make sure you’ve sent everything you needed to. It makes managing clients and upcoming projects so easy, I love how the calendar works and you can connect to any other calendar and never forget anything you have coming up again. I’m getting my whole studio to switch to this, it really was made for artists :)

I take all my appointments through Instagram yet I need their email and phone number to make them a client in this app. This would be incredibly off putting to me as a client. I’ve had large scale pieces done by some of the most famous shops in NYC and have never once been asked for my phone number.
