Unsure of the negative feedback of app I’ve not experienced the same. It’s been easy to use, add additional cameras. The images are clear and the talk system is clear. I’ve never had a connectivity issue or anything. Only recently, the alarm white light to one of my cameras keep turning on and I’m not sure how this does it by itself. Seems to be a feature that is initiated and not by fluke. Concerned if these systems are hackable? But I wonder why anyone would? I also have no log in history of any other then my own. It’s definitely a concern I haven’t found the answer to just yet. Other than that. I really have no complaints.

Love the camera and up until the last update, really liked the app. However, the new update is horrible. Suddenly there are intrusive toggle switches on the top of the screen while watching the camera live that you can’t turn off. They are bright, they are in the way of the picture and there is no way to get rid of them. There is no reason to have these switches on the screen when we can handle everything in settings, etc. please remove them so we get a full screen of the room. Thank you!

No complaints. Maybe motion detection a little too sensitive to light changes but other than that very pleased
