A wholesome app!
This app is a gift! Jenna and Jake are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to solutions to optimize health. The recipes and master classes are my favorite features. As a new mom, it makes planning for, preparing, and serving meals not only more manageable but fun! Jenna’s “Fueling A Plant Based Pregnancy” masterclass was a tremendous resource during my pregnancy. You will not be disappointed with this app - it has all you need & much more!

Jenna and Jake make it literally so easy with the ROP app to eat and just BE healthier. If the cute aesthetic doesn’t lock you in, the content will. It’s so user friendly with great tools whether you’re a beginner in your health journey or skilled veteran. I have been a fan of ROP on IG for years and am so grateful there is finally an easy-to-navigate hub of all the recipes and resources.
