OntheBlock - Home Manager

This app is phenomenal. I’ve been a homeowner for many years, and I’ve always had to have exceptional organizational skills with filing receipts, quote, bills, maintenance, ect. This app no longer requires me to do that. It digitally keeps all of my records in one place for easy access. I would highly recommend this app to any homeowner.

Honestly loved being able to store my house documents in one place! Just bought a house and had inspection reports, radon testing, appliance warranties, survey, etc. sitting in my email and was able to move them into OnTheBlock - thanks!

I recently became a first time homeowner and i'm so happy to have found OntheBlock's app to help keep me organized. Between new documents that are to come, and vague sheets handed over from the seller, it's so convenient to keep them in one location under carefully labeled folders (any future buyer will definitely thank me!). Additionally, in being a first time homeowner, there is so much to learn about maintenance and cleaning! The maintenance recs AND details on exactly what to do is so perfect!
