🚨 Data Loss Experience with DigiBoxx Cloud – No Warning, No Recovery 🚨 I want to share a serious issue I faced with DigiBoxx Cloud that everyone using cloud storage should be aware of. My account expired, and when I tried to log in, I found that all my data (years of personal photos & videos) was permanently deleted. Here’s the problem: • No clear reminder emails before deletion • No final warning before wiping data • No recovery option—even for paid users • Support response: “As per T&C, data is deleted after 90 days” When I asked for proof of reminders, none was shared. This raises some serious concerns: 👉 Is user data safety really a priority? 👉 Should critical data be deleted without confirmed user acknowledgment? 👉 Is “Terms & Conditions” enough justification for irreversible data loss? Cloud storage is built on trust. If users can lose everything without clear communication, that trust is broken. I regret to my core ever trusting DigiBoxx with my storage needs. After purchasing their 2TB plan, I quickly realized I had made one of the worst decisions in recent memory. To say this app is rubbish is an understatement — it’s absolutely unusable. From the moment I signed up, it was clear this app was poorly developed. The user interface is clunky and outdated, but that's the least of the problems. The app frequently crashes, files take forever to upload, and the download speeds are horrendously slow. I couldn't rely on this service even for basic file storage or retrieval. The app constantly fails to sync my files, and when it does decide to work (once in a blue moon), the process is absurdly slow. What’s the point of offering 2TB if the platform can’t even handle basic file management without freezing up or crashing? To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding the issues, and I haven’t received a single useful response. It's like they take your money and then vanish into thin air. There's no accountability, no transparency — this company should be called a fraud, plain and simple. I want to warn anyone considering DigiBoxx: don’t do it! There are far better, more reliable storage solutions out there. This app is a scam that doesn’t work as advertised, and you’ll be left with nothing but frustration and wasted money. Save yourself the headache — stay far, far away from DigiBoxx!

Unable to access my folders and files from my mobile application. Showing no folders or files available in app home page. But in web view i can see my forlders and files. It’s irritating, unable to upload my photos files from my phone. Tried to call customer support but not answering. What’s the value of a user who bought premium subscription?
