Logged onto truck for one day. It registered and worked on and off for about two days. Called customer care and went through their redirect script for 24 hours. When I got back to my home terminal we switched units and cords. Then a week later just switched the cords. I have to manually enter my duty status everyday and every time I change instead of it doing do automatically. Was told it might be my phone because it won’t read the device. Problem with this my phone picks up all the other trucks in the fleet and tries to log on. I guess back to paper logs.
The app worked for one day and hasn’t worked since.
