When you go into the app, it’s confusing at first. You have to use a link to sign in/log in since there’s no other option in the app. It’s literally the same as logging in online. You might as well log in on a web browser.

I don't use my phone or my iPad for therapy I use my computer because that is the platform I prefer. Not sure why this isn't compatible with my macbook pro but it won't let me update saying it isn't compatible. Please make it compatible with my computer!!

It’s horrible trying to use this app. Nothing works! Each appointment I’ve had to use a regular telephone for my appointment. I access therapy appointment online rather than using the app. Even that is horrible to deal with. If I could, I’d give it absolutely no stars at all.
