Sav is a ray of sunshine. Her workouts are functional and fun! I am always excited to see the weekly schedule she releases on Sundays. I’ve gotten so much stronger and couldn’t be more thankful for the SWS community. The app is awesome too! I love that I can use it on the go on my phone when traveling or iPad when at home. It’s easy to filter workouts based on the type of class you’re looking for in the app. Highly recommend you give SWS a try!
Sav brings such dynamic and infectious energy to all of her classes. From cardio to flows to strength training, SWS provides confidence boosting, feel good workouts that are easy to do on the go and will leave you wanting more. She really shows how fun and mindful that exercise can (and should) be!
The workout is really good. There are plenty of workouts to choose from. I love that most of the workouts are 30 minutes. But the app definitely leaves something to be desired. I find it very clunky and hard to navigate. When I download workouts, they don’t always show up in the downloaded workout filter. It be great if there is a way to manually mark off workouts that I’ve done. The app just seems overly complicated to navigate. I’ve done plenty of streaming workouts before they don’t have apps that are this clunky.
