Im stuck to my pillow

No matter what I do it just says, “network connection failed” which is not true because my network connection is perfectly fine. Whenever I try to log in or print something it just keeps saying that and it’s so annoying, I can’t even do anything. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my device, I tried I deleting the app, and it still doesn’t work.

I just got it connected and that part was easy…but ow I realized this app only works right if you use the on screen keyboard not a Bluetooth keyboard which is super annoying because I always use my Bluetooth keyboard with this app it is impossible…please fix this so I can use this with my keyboard

Can’t sign in, can’t see emoticons, themes, etc. keep getting network connection failed message. Can print photos but the quality is terrible. Not a good app or printer
