The PWER app has an astonishing amount of workouts to choose from as well as focused programs you can follow to achieve a variety of fitness goals. The workouts are all around 30 minutes, and it never ceases to amaze me how much can be accomplished in a half hour’s time. James (London Fitness Guy) is a fantastic instructor! He always makes sure to explain the proper technique and form needed to execute the various exercises safely and to maximum effect. I’ve long had problems motivating myself to get to the gym, but it’s hard to talk myself out of a workout that can be knocked out in 30 minutes. I’m always happy after a PWER workout and sometimes even feel motivated to go for a run or add on one of the core or mobility PWER workouts as a bonus round. Highly recommend.

I love this app—the interface is simple and in some ways lighter on functionality than others, but I actually like that about it. PWER has been the perfect companion in my very busy life as a father of four. The content is tremendous and James is the ideal trainer: clear, realistic, and always cheering us on. Highly recommend.

I started using this app as I wanted to improve my over-all health and well-being in 2023. This app is perfect as it does not focus on just one aspect. I can improve my strength, flexibility and mindfulness all in one place. I have tried other apps for fitness but this is unique in not focusing on just one aspect of health. Highly recommended!
