Chess Widget: Daily Puzzles

For some reason it’s not playable? Who would want this just for the image of a chess board? You could get way better way cooler looking chess boards in many different scenarios as an imagine on google and use that as your widget. Since it’s unplayable I don’t see a reason to ever need this app

Would love if we could just interact with the chess board on the Home Screen. There’s another chess app that does that, but unfortunately no puzzles. Don’t like how it has to open the app. Other than that, love it!

Love the app. Would rate higher if we had the option to “hide” the number of moves needed. In a real game we wouldn’t see how many moves we need for checkmate. So, having this ability to practice without knowing how many moves you need will help in your development. Currently, I just simply try to avoid looking at the number of moves needed and instead try to calculate if it is mate in 3, or mate in 2, etc. Otherwise, again, this is a great download. Would definitely recommend to chess lovers.
