The app doesn’t work properly, I try topping up my payments but it never works, saying “payment error, please try again later”. Additionally, I’ve tried logging into the app in the past, being forced to download a new app which took a very long time to work after repeated failures of trying to load the app.
I do not recommend anyone used 2 degrees, go use spark, it’s worth the extra amount you pay

20 monkeys could come up with a better app than this - ugly interface, hard to use with terrible packages plus auto-renewal scams if you’re not careful. 0/10 would recommend

Login does not work. Went into a branch and they said to reinstall app, still does not work. Have updated my phone to latest version and updated app as well. Multiple versions of this app still don’t let me login. Says “unknown network error”. The other 2degrees app does work and lets me login through which is odd
