App Profile: PRATHAM INTERACT CHAT

Pratham Interact Chat is an intelligent and secure interaction and collaboration tool for Pratham Teachers and Students. It allows students to ask queries and share doubts with the teachers real-time during an online class seamlessly. The teachers and support team can easily answer the queries and share images, documents or videos during the class using the Chat application.
- A Chat Group is activated when the online class starts and deactivates when the class ends.
- Only the authorized students get access to a particular Chat Group
- Teachers can manage Groups and Students. They can Block or Remove Students from live chat, can set Chat Mode on or off for the students, can set Slow Mode on or off for the students and can set File Sharing on or off for the students.
- Each Chat Group can accomodate upto 1000 students with a capacity of 3000+ concurrent users across all groups
- Teachers can share files anytime including images, audio, videos or documents. Students can do so with the Teachers' permission.
