Kettle Bagels

The food is always fresh, the bagels are so good and you have plenty of options. They have added so much to the menu the kids don’t complain! Options for us all!!

Deleted. I was not able to get this app to place a pickup order for today. The earliest date it would let me pick was tomorrow. I was trying to order at 1:15 PM, 45 minutes before their afternoon siesta. In the app there is text saying orders must be placed 15 minutes before closing. I was well before that. I think if you advertise that you’re open until 2, you should take orders until 2, but you should certainly take orders 45 minutes before closing. Further, they open again later in the day. Why did the app only offer tomorrow for pickup? I raised this problem with the manager and he shrugged as if it weren’t their app. I’m done with it.

Unlike any other bagel place in Southington Kettle Bagels always has my order ready when I get there . It puts a smile on my face to not have to wait around for 15 minutes. The menu is incredible and the owners are down to earth and easy to talk too. Keep up the great work!
