umob – all rides in one app

I was riding a bike and it was super fun and I got far away from where I started, and I paused my ride to go inside to grab something and run back out when I tried to restart my ride. It gave me an error and it is super late so customer service is not available and my ride is infinitely running time and I am now stuck far away not able to continue my ride or end it, what kind of app does not allow you to end it in the pause screen I’m only able to continue the ride and it gives an error every time worst design ever

I’ve never in my life written an app review and I’ve used some awful apps. Surprisingly, none of them have made me this angry while trying to use a shared bike. They’ve replaced apps that always worked with one that randomly locks you out of the platform and just feels like some random junior dev built in their spare time.

I like that you can rent the bikes, however, and take them whoever bought the one thing that I did not like was that you had to return to certain areas that were farther away than anticipated to my destination they need to have more local parking
