Jiu Jitsu World League

I've been using this app for a few weeks, and unfortunately, I've encountered a few significant issues. Firstly, the app's loading time is quite slow, making the overall user experience less than ideal. Additionally, the chat icon doesn't function on my iPhone, rendering a key feature unusable. Furthermore, attempting to edit my profile photo consistently leads to the app crashing. These problems severely hinder my ability to fully utilize the app's potential. I hope the developers can address these issues promptly for a smoother and more enjoyable user experience.

I wanted this to be a useful app and it can be, but certain user functions causes the app to exit by force. As of recently it doesn’t have any of my user info and I have access to nothing. I can’t even look at competitions for future and past. This is frustrating because I wanted this for it’s mobility vs having to get on a computer. Please adjust and fix it for ease of use and take into consideration the usability in terms of navigation

This app has really made it easier to register for Jiu Jitsu World League events. It was easy before but now you can login to multiple accounts on one app. It’s great for my family. Also, they added something where I can cancel events right on the app and the credit gets automatically added to my account wallet. Then when I’m ready to compete I can pay for the next event with that credit. Very cool feature.
