Me es imposible acceder y ver las notas de mi hijo a través de la aplicación. Lo he intentado mil veces y no funciona.

Llevo más de tres semanas sin poder conectarme, ya la desinstale más de cuatro veces y vuelto a instalar pero aun así sigue sin funcionar.Como lo puedo solucionar
