Smart Printer App ™

I was looking to install the HP Smart app so I typed “HP Smart” on the App Store search and this app was at the top of the results The icon, app name, and even the screenshots look so much like the HP Smart app I stupidly fell for it, and once installed it immediately wanted me to subscribe which I again, stupidly did. Then once I tried to use the Mobile Fax feature I realized it wasn’t there because well, this isn’t the app I wanted. It’s all a trick. I asked for a refund and was denied it. I’m appealing it with Apple and will report this to HP so they can investigate for a copyright violation.
