Is a really good app for dising it works really good for me and for creating

I’ve owned a cricut joy for well over a year. I haven’t been able to make one thing with it. Now I apparently can’t use it without buying some subscription. I just want to use the basic things that it says it comes with. I want to cut out the words “merry Christmas”, I don’t care what font it is. But my app needs to be updated. Which is not even possible. Very frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from this brand. I’ll bet Siser doesn’t treat their customers like this. SMH! Please DO BETTER cricut. Also, make canceling your services possible in the app! It’s pathetic that you made it almost impossible to cancel after making me sign up for a trial subscription in order to do anything. This app is a scam and I don’t recommend anyone use it.

I downloaded this app thinking I could use it for what I needed and I could not. I had to subscribe and do the trail before I could even see what the app was about. It said that I could cancel before my three day trial ended in the apps settings. Nowhere in the app is there an option for settings so that I can cancel.
