Ever since the new update I can’t just look at ppfd I have to click ppfd collector to get a par reading. Really annoying.

I couldn't be happier with both the FUTUREHORTI FH-100 meter and the customer support behind it. After the recent app update, the PPFD function stopped working on my iPhone, even though the Lux meter continued to work correctly. I contacted the developer by email, explained the issue, and included a few screenshots. To my surprise, they responded very quickly, identified the problem, and released a fix almost immediately. The app is now working perfectly again, and the PPFD and DLI functions are back to normal. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its product and provides such fast, professional customer service. Their willingness to listen to customer feedback and resolve the issue so quickly deserves recognition. I highly recommend the FUTUREHORTI FH-100 and the Vsensor app. Excellent product, excellent support, and a company that truly cares about its customers. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Nothing to do really except install the app and turn on the sensor. I get accurate results. I tested it against several known sources. It was quite close. A couple of mild criticisms. When I’m searching for this app on my iPhone I have to remember its name. I find the name a little odd for searching purposes. Also, I don’t understand the reference “This is a professional tool“. I have no idea what this means. If I’m not a paid lighting designer, am I forbidden to use this app? Anyway, it works quite well with there sensor. Very satisfied.
